The Church of the Nazarene is a holiness denomination - meaning that we believe, preach & teach holiness - or holy living.  One of our core beliefs is the sanctification of the individual (see "The Beliefs of the Church ).  One of the finest definitions of holiness (ie: living the holy life), in my opinion, is found in an old but very biblical booklet, written by Samuel Logan Brengle, entitled "The Way of Holiness".  It is a down to earth explanation of what the Bible teaches of the holy life.  To read this wonderful booklet on holiness, click here .
