The Southern Lights have been around since 1992.   The group consists of nine Spirit filled individuals who love to sing and play Southern Gospel Music.   The core group has stayed the same and they have added more talent along the way.  All the members of this wonderful group attend the Ebenezer Church of the Nazarene in Crowley, Louisiana.   The Southern Lights consists of:

Dale Perry (vocal & guitar)
Married with two sons and two granddaughters.

Ned Perry (vocal & mc)
Married with two daughters and one grandson.

David Ashby, Jr. (vocal & guitar)
Married with one son, one daughter and one grandson.

Troy Perry (drums)
Married with two daughters.

Nick Bertrand (vocal & keyboard)
Single.

Carl Rivet (guitar) 
Married with one daughter and one son.

Scott Ashby (vocal & guitar, bass guitar)
Single with two dogs (engaged to Jacy Morgan).

Kurt Rivet (bass guitar) 
Single.

Jacy Morgan (vocal)
Single with one dog (engaged to Scott Ashby).

Jan Rivet (sound tech.)
She is married to Carl Rivet of the group.
